MarketLink for Salesforce September 2017 Release

We have introduced new MarketLink for Salesforce features including customizable Contact movement and synchronization jobs.

The primary enhancements are the following:

• Branch Movement Only: You are now able to process Contact movement from branch to branch within the same firm, while movement from one firm to another is disabled.

• Conditional Contact Movement: You are now able to implement conditional Contact movement rules by using our new Prohibit Movement of Contacts drop down menu in Admin Settings. This allows for movement of some Contacts while others are not moved.

• Object Synchronization Options: By default, MarketLink for Salesforce will synchronize records for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. To customize which objects are processed the next time a Synchronization Job runs, we have added new options in Admin Settings.

• Download New or Rejected Firms or Reps: For analytical purposes, pending new or rejected firms or reps can now be downloaded into a CSV file.
