MarketLink for Salesforce Enhancements Now Available: MarketPro Firm Branch Profiles

ISS MI ISS - Institutional Shareholder Services is excited to announce our latest ISS - Institutional Shareholder Services MarketPro release which enables Firm Branch Profiles for current financial services subscribers. MarketLink for Salesforce has been updated to allow the "ISS - Institutional Shareholder Services Profile" button to now connect to a Branch profile within MarketPro. Previously the Firm profile was displayed.

• All financial services subscribers now have access to Firm Branch Profile data - Users can access the Branches by clicking on hyperlinks such as lists of contacts (Reps), office locations, Rep profiles, addresses, and alternatively through the map view by clicking on a red dot associated with an office location.

• The Branch profile shows a snapshot and detailed view of the branches within a firm. It displays how many Reps are at the location, their License and Designation breakdowns, Title Categories, the Average Age of Reps at the Branch, Teams in the Branch, their team names, and much more.
