MarketLink for Salesforce April 2017 Release

After years of experience and feedback from our clients, we have created a dramatically enhanced MarketLink for Salesforce we are excited to share with you.

The primary enhancements are the following:

• Storage and processing were moved out of Salesforce and into the ISS - Institutional Shareholder Services Cloud. API calls were minimized and also moved out of Salesforce.

• The app now supports a Branch Account hierarchy.

• A unique ID was implemented to eliminate duplicate records for reps associated with multiple firms.

• We expanded the search filters available to set your target market and send weekly updates.

• A variety of convenience improvements were made such as auto-filling search filters to eliminate typing and the ability to update Audience Criteria on demand.

• We enabled Contact movement so a Contact automatically moves when a rep changes firms.

• There are now more update methods available on ISS - Institutional Shareholder Services Mapping.

• We have relocated and made it is easier to accept New Firms and New Reps.

• Salesforce Administrators receive additional notifications to help manage the app and have greater transparency into the status and results of their Synchronization Jobs.

• App installation was streamlined to save time.
