Bob Skea is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Discovery Data. Over a 30-year career, Bob has held a succession of executive positions leading global organizations in the financial technology and information services arenas. Prior to joining the firm, he was Managing Partner and Founder of Decklor Consulting Group, and before that Head of Americas at Dun & Bradstreet. Bob is a member of the Rutgers University Leadership Development Program Advisory Board, the New Jersey City University Athletics Department Advisory Board, and the Board of Directors for Discovery Data and the All Stars Project of New Jersey.
Claudio leads Discovery Data’s technology team and is responsible for the architect of the firm’s data processes and internal technical infrastructure as well as leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to Discovery Data’s solution suite. Claudio has nearly 15 years of software development, database programming, and data management experience. Prior to joining the firm, Claudio was a software developer and analyst at Computer Generated Solutions.
Craig leads the firm’s Partner Program and is responsible for managing, growing, and developing new partner relationships, enhancing key client accounts, and developing, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Craig has over 20 years of financial services industry experience in business development and management. Craig started his career with Discovery Data in 2003 and rejoined the firm through its acquisition of Meridian-IQ, where he was Senior Vice President. Prior to that, he was a national sales executive and key relationship manager at the Financial Planning Association.
Saleem leads the firm’s data and analytics strategy and is responsible for Discovery Data FRAME, the proprietary process behind Discovery Data’s ability to deliver the most accurate and impactful data for the financial services and insurance markets. Saleem and his team of data analysts drive actionable insights and analytics that help Discovery Data’s clients identify market opportunities and achieve business outcomes. Prior to joining Discovery Data, Saleem held senior positions at successful startups and multinational corporations such as IBM, S&P Global Ratings, and Dun & Bradstreet. He is an entrepreneur and patented inventor with over 15 years of experience in data, technology, and advanced analytics.
Chelsea manages the firm’s marketing team and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Discovery Data’s marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, market strategy, and demand generation. Chelsea has over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing in the financial services and insurance industries. Prior to her current role, Chelsea progressively held positions on Discovery Data’s marketing team.
Bill is responsible for all finance related activities, human resources, and administration at Discovery Data. Bill has 30 years of experience in finance and accounting for a variety of service and technology companies and large financial institutions. He began his career with The Wall Street Journal and, prior to joining Discovery Data, was Vice President of Finance at NICE Systems Ltd., a global firm providing analytical tools to help organizations draw insights from customer data and deliver the best customer experience.
